How Pricing Works
CleanupOwl uses a simple subscription model:
Unlimited Scans on All Plans
Connect your QuickBooks and run unlimited scans on any plan, including Free. See exactly what issues exist in your books.
Pay Based on Fixes Needed
Choose a plan based on how many fixes you need per month. Start free with 10 fixes, or upgrade for more.
Available Plans
All plans include unlimited scans and all fix types. Choose based on your needs:
- Free: 10 fixes/month, 1 company
- Feather ($9/mo): 50 fixes/month, 1 company
- Starter ($19/mo): 200 fixes/month, 1 company
- Clean'em All ($59/mo): 1000 fixes/month, 2 companies
- All Access Pass ($99/mo): Unlimited fixes, unlimited companies

Managing Your Subscription
If you have a subscription, you can manage it from Settings → Billing:
- •View current plan: See what you're paying and when it renews
- •Change plans: Upgrade or downgrade anytime
- •Update payment: Change your credit card or billing info
- •View history: See all past payments and invoices
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Billing:
- •Your access continues until the end of your billing period
- •Your scan history and data remain accessible
- •You can still run free scans after canceling
- •Resubscribe anytime to regain full access
Common Questions
Do I need to pay to scan?
No, scanning is always free. You only pay when you want to fix the issues we find.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes! Run a free scan to see exactly what issues exist. You'll know exactly what you're paying for before you commit.
What if I only have a few issues?
Start with the Free plan (10 fixes/month). You can always upgrade if you need more.
Is there a refund policy?
Since you can scan for free before purchasing, we don't offer refunds. You'll know exactly what you're getting before you pay.
